PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow approximately 2-4 business days for order processing. Once the order is received by us & processed, it will be sent out for shipping.
LOCAL DELIVERY TIMES
Local delivery is offered for a flat rate of $7, within 30 miles of our home base. Your order will be hand delivered by us. Erase the worry of having to ship your precious cargo.. and also, all that wait time! All we ask, is you allow 2-4 days for order processing time.
LOST/STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY
Plant D'Cor Inc. is not liable for packages once they are delivered by the carrier. Once a package is shipped, the customer is sent the tracking information for the package. It is the customers responsibility to track their package. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact your local post office for assistance in tracking down. Same goes for local delivery; you will be sent an email once your order has been dropped off at your door. A photo of your package at your door will also be taken.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Please be aware, all sales on plants are final. We will accept returns or exchanges of any pots or plant stands within 15 days of delivery/pickup date. Keep in mind, your plants may need a few days to recoup after they have been delivered, so give them a little love. If your plant arrives damaged or is still in poor condition after a few days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a photo of the issue so that our team can best asses and quickly handle the problem.
TIPS FOR SHOPPING
- Items are NOT held in your cart while you shop. It IS possible for your item to sell out before you finalize your sale.
- We can not make changes to your order after it has been placed, so please be sure you are checking all shipping and payment information.
- We can not combine orders after they are placed. They will be shipped separately, which does mean separate shipping cost.
- Creating a customer profile through our website will allow you to save any shipping info so you do not need to go through that process every time you shop. It also signs you up for any email promos we may send out!
- We do not take custom orders or pre-orders for plant stands, nor do we take any pre-orders or wait list on any plants or planters.
